Kim Linn is the President/CEO and Founder of Keystone Flex Administrators, LLC and has been for 30+ years. Kim’s desire is to provide personalized service to all her clients, no matter the size of the business. 

Kim was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. Her experience, strength in leadership, and attention to detail have helped her create a company that is customer-service driven. She firmly believes in the importance of human interaction to assist her ever-growing client base. Her alliance with insurance brokers helps her serve them with their customers, while not being in competition with them on any products, etc. When you call Keystone, you get a “Live voice” – that’s what Kim has built the foundation of her business on since day one and what will continue to set Keystone's Customer Service apart from the rest in this industry! Kim’s staff carries on her vision in the personal interaction they have with the client base day in and day out.
 

Kim is married to Wayne and they have 2 grown children, Cory and Chelsea. They also have 2 fur babies, Smokey & Bandit. Kim loves watching sports (especially baseball), is a big Thunder basketball fan and loves traveling on girl trips. She also enjoys any type of travel with her husband. Kim attends Crossings Community Church regularly with her family.

  Ally’s job encompasses the day-to-day organizational management of Keystone. Everything from COBRA notices, HSA contribution/distribution assistance, to HRA/FSA claims adjudication, etc. Ally enjoys taking on creative tasks and was responsible for building the Keystone website. She’s always willing to go the extra mile for the clients, as well as the Keystone staff. Her cheerful attitude makes her an asset in many ways!    

Ally was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma. She attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. Ally has been a part of the Keystone Family for 9 years now. She firmly believes that if you "Pause to serve, pause to give, pause to encourage" you will leave individuals with an exceptional customer service experience which can be difficult to find in the industry today.    

Ally is married to Jordan, and they have two pups, Shooter & Waylon. In her spare time she loves any kind of nostalgia. She collects vinyl records as one of her many hobbies (Elvis Presley being her favorite). Ally also enjoys spending time with her family as much as she can.  

Cory currently services our client accounts in regards to  generating the administrative billings for all client groups, as well as assisting with Debit Card inquiries and Consumer eligibility. He enjoys interacting with clients on the telephone on a daily basis, and is quick to aide with any projects in the day to day operations of Keystone that need assistance. He also assists in Sales regarding our new client's, and ensures they feel like they have found a "home" in Keystone. 

Cory attended college for 4 years on a baseball scholarship – 2 years at Cowley Community College in Arkansas City, KS, then moved to Oklahoma City University for 2 years. Cory enjoys meeting new brokers and building lasting relationships with them, as well as attending one on one meetings with clients on site. 

Cory is married to Ryleigh, and they have two pups named Gauge & Cash. He attends Crossings Community Church with his family. Cory also has a passion for hunting/fishing, and loves spending time with his family and friends.

Dawn’s job duties entail processing Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Day Care claims as well as assisting with the day to day account inquiries from employees/client groups. She also handles the processing of all applicable COBRA notices for our client groups.  Dawn is a great asset to the Keystone team with her organizational skills/assisting with time sensitive projects. She enjoys helping our clients and interacting with them to make sure they always receive prompt assistance! 

Dawn was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has been a part of the Keystone Family for 4 year's now. Her daily regimen is to think of this inspirational quote; 

“Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”

Dawn is married to George, and they have 3 adult children who have given them 10 beautiful grandchildren. She attends St. James The Greater Catholic Church with her family.  Dawn enjoys spending time with family and friends; especially babysitting the grandkids and attending all the extra-curricular activities they are involved in.
